The next stage of taking this fantastic project forward will happen on:
Monday 17th August 2009 at 7.30pm in the Milton Rooms
The Milton Rooms Management Committee are meeting that evening and they have kindly invited us to join them.
There's lots to do and we can only do it with lots of help!
- Looking at the initial designs and ensuring they are exactly what you want
- Looking at the projected income figures and ensuring they are accurate
- Project Management - RDC Officers are applying for funding for this post - what should the Project Manager's exact role be?
- Fund raising
- Keeping people informed - providing regular updates to the community and the press - a newsletter?
Please join us at 7.30 on 17th August for an update on what has happened since 21st May and to get involved with the next steps.
