Malton Food Lovers Festival

Malton Food Lover’s Festival held its sixth annual event on 24th and 25th May 2014.

Top UK talent appeared at the festival included Chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, The Chiappa Sisters and The Incredible Spice Men.

The Festival attracted over 20,000 food lovers to Malton for an outstanding line-up of over 160 quality food and drink producers, the best of Yorkshire’s own chefs and top-level patrons vying to return year on year.

Nestled amongst the historic buildings and streets of the beautiful Georgian market town of Malton, Malton Food Lovers Festival showcases and celebrates Yorkshire’s diverse food and drink offering with a calendar bursting with events.

Chef Jean-Christophe Novelli said, "What a fabulous weekend. Malton Food Lovers Festival goes from strength to strength. I was thrilled to be cooking with a splendid selection of Yorkshire ingredients, and it was great to meet so many people full of passion for Yorkshire's produce. Malton and the Malton Food Lovers Festival certainly deserves its reputation as a top tourist destination and the Festival a place on the foodie's must see calendar."
